Returns

ALL RETURNS must be initiated through our online portal to be eligible for a refund. Any order returned that was not submitted through the online portal, will automatically be marked as ineligible and donated. Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE **Return shipping is the customer's expense** Items returned appearing worn, have makeup stains, deodorant marks, animal hair on them, cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, or beyond the 30 days from the order date, or Final Sale, will NOT be accepted and will be donated. FINAL SALE ITEMS are nonrefundable. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once an item has been shipped.
